This is a major breakthrough in the field of domestic precision reduction motor in China. As an essential transmission equipment in the modernization construction, the reduction motor is applied in various industries.
When a general motor is supplied with power by a micro reduction motor, the harmonic components of voltage and current at the output end of the governor equipped with the micro reduction motor will increase the loss, power and temperature of the motor. The increase of losses caused by high-order harmonics is mainly due to the increase of copper loss, iron loss and additional loss of stator and rotor. In the meantime, the copper consumption of rotor is the most obvious. Because the asynchronous motor rotates in the condition that the slip is close to 1, the copper consumption of rotor is very large. In general asynchronous motors, in order to improve the starting function of the motor, the skin effect of the rotor increases the practical impedance, and then increases the copper consumption.
On the other hand, due to the distributed capacitance between the motor coils, when the high-order harmonic voltage is input, the voltage between the coils is uneven. This kind of long-term repeated action makes some insulation of the stator coil pose a hazard, and then the coil aging occurs, which is difficult to bear in the insulation plan of the general asynchronous motor. In addition, the electromagnetic circuit of the motor cannot be symmetrical. Therefore, the harmonic components in the output power of the governor equipped with the micro deceleration motor will interact with the inherent spatial harmonic components in the electromagnetic circuit to form various electromagnetic pulsations. At the same time, because the motor is in the working state of constant frequency scheduling, it is easy to have mechanical resonance with the motor machinery, which constitutes the damage of the mechanical part of the motor.
Therefore, in the project of frequency conversion and speed regulation, in order to avoid the above problems in the work of the frequency conversion and speed regulation system equipped with the micro deceleration motor, it is necessary to consider the technical cooperation with the motor manufacturer in the technical plan, carry out speed regulation experiments on the relevant characteristics of the motor, and revise the technical standards of the original motor from the beginning.
